SmartApply.now helps you search for jobs, score how well they match your profile, research companies, and generate application materials. Features are provided “as is” and may change over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login secure. New accounts may require approval or email verification before full access is granted.

SmartApply.now runs on credits: 1 credit = 1 application — the tailored resume and cover letter for one job (regenerating for the same job is free); a standalone resume uses 1 credit. New accounts get 2 free credits, and answering the short survey after your second application adds 3 more, once. After that you buy credit packs as one-time payments — you see each pack's price and number of applications before you buy, and there is no subscription. Credits don't expire. If a generation fails, its credit is given back automatically. The bring-your-own-keys plan is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel it, which you can do any time from Settings. Some resume and cover letter designs may be premium and come with a monthly plan; designs you have already chosen keep working. You can also choose a monthly plan with AI included: it gives a set number of applications per month and, if you still have credits when you subscribe, starts (and is first charged) only when they are used up. You can cancel it any time from Settings.

AI features are paid with your credits and run on SmartApply.now's own AI provider account — you don't need your own API key. You can see your balance and credit history on the dashboard and in Settings. SmartApply.now charges nothing beyond the packs you buy. On the bring-your-own-keys plan, AI features run on your own AI provider key instead: no credits are used, and you are responsible for that provider account and the costs it bills you.

• Use the service only for your own genuine job search.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or others' personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.

Match scores, cover letters, resumes, and research are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review and edit everything before you rely on it or send it to an employer. You are responsible for the materials you submit.

SmartApply.now does not guarantee job outcomes, the accuracy of job listings sourced from third parties, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartApply.now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
